And no ... simple compassion & empathy doesn't necessarily mean you're living from the heart.

That's really a personal value & divine principle, centered around a common spiritual belief system.

I know this because living from the heart is actually synonymous with powerful psychic abilities ... liberating yet protective wisdom ... & healing abilities that come easily.

But clearly ... it's all covered up and blocked by these survival mechanisms.
